SPD conducts Cascading of the PNP Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation in Upholding the Rule of Law (Patrol) Plan 2030
The Officer - in-Charge of the Southern Police District, PSSUPT ARRAZAD P SUBONG spearheaded on February 23 and March 2-3, 2011 from 8:00am to 5:00 p.m. together with the members of its Command Group and Directorial Staff the three-day seminar/workshop on the cascading of the PNP Peace and Order Agenda for real and lasting Transformation in Upholding the Rule of Law (PATROL) Plan 2030 which was held at the HSPD Conference Room. The said activity was attended by the Chiefs of Police of the seven (7) Police Stations under SPD together with their respective Deputies and Quad-staff.
This seminar/workshop was conducted to allow our commanders on the ground to identify and align their operations using their respective tactical/operational cdashboard which is based on the context of a well-defined, integrated and synchronized strategic planning that would lead to the attainment and/or realization of their unit/office performance under the ITP- Performance Governance System.
Brainstorming; exchange note and note taking ensued between and among the participants to come up with an honest to goodness scorecard that is measureable, tangible and have focused.
Those who have attended the activity, pledge their commitment to recognize the important responsibility as a member of the Philippine National Police, and that they hereby commit themselves to carry out the following in a trustworthy and diligent manner and to perform with integrity and professionalism their duties and responsibilities as police officer.
